“Dr Burden is such an awesome dentist and you can’t get a better team in the office! I was always scared of the dentist but I can honestly say I’m not anymore because of Dr Burden.”

“The greens on the par-3 course are terrible, but you can get around that problem simply by chipping the ball directly into the hole. I don't know what everyone's problem is. The 6th hole is just a tee and a green with a lake in-between, which would be fine if the lake weren't overgrown with a 12'-tall jungle habitat. I had to walk about 130 yards to figure out where the green was so I would know where to hit. By the time I got back to the tee, I wasn't sure where the green was anymore. I yelled "fore" BEFORE I hit my ball just to be sure. Exciting!! The sand traps are pretty shallow as far as sand traps go, and tend not to be very punitive. The only really interesting bunker is in front of the ninth green. The back tee on this hole is about 160 yards away from and maybe 15 feet below the green. Attempts to loft the ball onto the green from here are likely to land short, in this bunker. Stinger attacks at the green can't kick up onto it because, well, the bunker is in the only spot that would give the correct direction of kick. Getting onto the green in one shot is a well designed puzzle, and I appreciated the thought that I suppose went into it. Your reward for getting onto the green? Anthills and mud!! :D That said, I think I pitched to the wrong green at least three times because it wasn't clear which way I was supposed to be hitting. The signs that tell you which tee corresponds to which hole seem to be made from the same run of stone tablets Moses used at Mt. Sinai. Unfortunately, the archaeological work necessary to make them legible seems to be on hold. I played this course for almost 2 hours, and never saw another human soul. If times get tough, perhaps I could live here. Upside: lots of wildlife to hunt! Downside: West Nile Virus. They have a pro shop where they sell golf clubs. The only club they sell is the 6 iron. They have dozens. When I asked the associate why they had so many 6 irons, he said he didn't know. He said that they used to sell all kinds of clubs in the distant past, but now they only sell 6 irons. I checked out the windows at this point for any signs that I had become a character in a Franz Kafka novel. I give this modern art installation, which builds on the work of Warhol and Duchamp with notes of the surreal, 5 stars out of 5.”
