FLEXABILITY

Mike is an absolute life saver. I've never worked with a flexibility coach before but now I really wish I had. Even after the first session I noticed not only my mobility had improved significantly, but I wasn't feeling the typical aches and pains that I do (especially in my back). I overall felt so much better. And as someone who is very active, this is an essential part of my recovery. I'm now seeing him twice a week and the results are amazing. Not to mention Mike is kind, professional, and generally a great person to be around. He makes the entire experience easy, comfortable, and you'll leave wondering why you waiting so long to start. I seriously can't recommend him enough!

As a female athlete, it's always great to have a completely safe and professional experience with facilities like this one. The owner Mike communicated what he was going to do before each stretch to make sure I felt comfortable, and asked for feedback on depth of stretch throughout the session. Great bedside manner made it easy to feel relaxed which helped us get the most out of the stretch. Would definitely go see Mike again. Highly recommend.

Mike has been a life saver! I was having terrible hip pain and issues with overall stiffness. I have been to three sessions and my pain has disappeared and my range of motion has improved significantly. I have had better results in this short time than I did with months of physical therapy. I cannot wait to see more improvement in future sessions.

I have been seeing Mike from Flexability regularly since he opened for business. I feel like I am floating for the rest of the day after I see him. Mike is amazing! He is super knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I do jiu jitsu where flexibility, balance and recovery are so important to success. I go to Mike two times a week and have seen my range of motion increase exponentially. Also, my muscle recovery after intense training has been night and day since Mike has been stretching me.
