After receiving a number of recommendations via NextDoor, we took our beat up CRV to East Coast Auto Body. From the friendly service, informative service updates and quality of repair, ECAB is a standout collision shop. Overall I would STRONGLY recommend over competitors.

Mike and the staff could not have been better. They worked through NJM, and since he is an adjuster the process was seamless. After the body work and visible engine work was done, a test drive showed other issues: he wouldn't let us take it home until it was right. Absolutely fantastic service and communication.

They worked through my insurance company which took that headache off my plate. My car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped if off. The work was fast and without any issues. The admin was especially pleasant and easy to work with. Pretty much the best car service experience I've had in my life. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Can't say enough great things about this body shop. I tore a large chunk out of my front bumper on my brand new car and they were able to make it disappear and color match like it never happened. Highly recommended!
