Went in today, and Kassandra at the bar was not only very helpful, but made the experience far more welcoming! 10/10! Not only was she helpful in her recommendations, but it was one of the most efficient purchases of my entire life. I started a song in my headphones when I got to the front door, so I had a pseudo timer, and the whole process took less than a minute and 40 seconds! Phenomenal!

Everyone that works here is wonderful. The only downfall is on sale days. You'll wait over an hour to get in the door

Was super customer centric by Kristos. After being in the long line I got to Kristos and found I was in the long line. Kristos in a kind heart but urgent way asked why what were you thinking of getting? Within 3 minutes of hello to out the door; he suggested the perfect strain of flower in the 1/4 I needed, I needed them to use the atm and he had me out the door in less time than a cigarette from hello to have a great day.
