(August 14, 2022, 9:44 pm)I go to the Ocean Gym several times a week. I give 5 star reviews to the Power Instructor Lori Faust and the Cycle Instructor Piper Williams. Both keep their classes fun and fresh. You work hard, but barely notice it. They're the best
(August 2, 2022, 2:09 pm)I love going to Jersey Strong! I especially love the classes. The instructors make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. There are people of all different ages and abilities. I recommend taking classes with Chrissy, Becky, and Lori! I also have never taken a class by any instructor that I didn't enjoy. They have helped me achieve and maintain my fitness goals.
(June 9, 2022, 7:01 am)I absolutely love working out with my trainer, Veron at Jersey Strong. Not only is she well educated on physical fitness, she is laser focused on my progress and exercises that are specific to my body. She is very attentive to my injuries and limitations. I feel and see improvements working with her. Most of all she is the most fun. We have such a great time together while making progress. I can’t say enough great things and look forward to as many workouts as I can get in!
(May 28, 2022, 10:56 am)I love this gym. It’s a great size, clean and has a good vibe. But above everything I adore my trainer, Ritchie G. He is by far the best I have ever had. He has helped me transform my body and the program he creates for me continuously builds so I am consistently challenged without the risk of injury. He’s a pro and beyond that a super nice and professional person. He gets an A+ from me!
