I went to pep boys and had a great experience.Kathy has such a great personality very helpful pleasant costumer service. I will come back here for sure. Shanie changed my oil and put in a new battery. She has awesome knowledge on automotive information.

Brought in my mom’s car for an issue we really didn’t fully understand. The guys were so helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon, the technician, fixed the issue within 10 minutes, and they graciously didn’t charge us anything. Thank you!! I highly recommend!

These people are the very best. I was greeted promptly.

The cover underneath my car was coming off and both of the staff that were there treated me with kindness and respect. They went out of their way to help me, and were honest and upfront with me. Anyone else would of taken advantage of my situation and charge me a big fee, but they took care of my situation and didn't charge me! I will highly recommend this place.
