NuYu made my first experience at fitness classes successful. Instructors are motivational , influential and pay attention to perfect the form. Flexible class schedule with a variety of challenging classes.

Tom gave me great insight into why and how I need to make changes. This was invaluable! Now I know if I stick with the plan I will get results. The motivation provided was key. The variety of training classes is great. I highly recommend nuYu Fitness!!

Just started taking classes and joined the monthly unlimited based on experience. First class is free which is a nice way to try out. Most places offer a discounted drop in rate. Tom is super helpful, took the time to walk me through exercises and offer suggestions/alternatives for my fitness level but also asked about injuries to make sure I wasn’t just taking easy way out. He focused on making sure I had the proper form. Classes are smaller in size which allows the more personal experience and offered early enough to fit my schedule before my work day. Happy I found this gem of a studio.

Small class sizes and personalized attention helps me make the most of each class. There are a variety of classes and trainers, each with his own style, so I never feel like I am repeating the same workout twice.

I have been attending NuYu fitness classes since Tom started it in April. Tom (the owner) and his team are insanely passionate about their clients healthy, progress and happiness. The workouts are challenging and equally rewarding. One of the things I love best about NuYu is that there are a number of class options during the day. Highly recommend!!!
