(January 14, 2022, 4:53 pm)Best massage I EVER had . I do spin class 3x a week and lift weights 5x a week Dina got knots out of my legs that have been there for ever. She even stretched my arms and legs that I so needed
My trainer will be very happy when she sees me Monday. I booked my next appointment before I even left. This is the only place I will go for a massage moving forward . -

She has helped me so much with scar tissue and pain in my leg from a major surgery I had, plus all my other aches and pains throughout my body. She does amazing life changing stretches and has great stretches to show you that you can do at home. Been coming here regularly for a few years now. Highly recommend to everyone!

(May 22, 2021, 11:43 pm)Today, I had a 1-hour intro massage! It was my first time to Kinetric Wellness! Dina was my therapist! She makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door! It was so relaxing! She did some stretching which I thought was amazing and I never had that done before when I go for massages at other places! Dina made me feel so relaxed during my session! Thank you so much Dina for today and cannot wait for my next session!!!
