“Having to undergo a dental implant procedure need not be a daunting experience, if you choose the right dentist. I speak from firsthand experience, as I recently had my first dental implant done by Dr. Vincent Foring. I think not knowing what to expect is the biggest fear for most people. Dr. Foring is extremely patient and thorough, explaining each step (& there are a few, under normal circumstances spanning the course of three or more months) of the procedure & what to expect before, during & after, so there are no surprises. However, my biggest surprise was that I never felt any discomfort at all from the numbing process. To be honest, once you get past that you don't feel a thing, so to me the worst is over. Two Advil or Tylenol were all I ever needed to take afterwards as discomfort was minimal. I was pleasantly surprised at the final visit when the implant was put in just how natural it felt. There was no "getting used to it" I literally forgot about it by the time I arrived home. Proof of a job well done by an amazing dentist. Not only does Dr. Foring's calm demeanor resonate to his patients, but at every visit I always felt that the entire staff was concerned for my well-being and comfort. The offices are impeccably clean and you can tell that patient satisfaction is of the utmost importance to everyone there. For anyone anticipating a dental implant procedure in their future, believe me it's not as bad as you may think, at least it won't be if you put yourself in the capable hands of Dr. Foring and his staff. But today for some reason no one seems to be working ( I can walk over to the work bay and either no one or one person is there when I check) and my car has been in the bay for two hours. Good price, but time is money and this is taking a lot of time. Done shopping an hour ago and now sitting in Costco furniture section reading the news.”
