did the 6 week challenge and it was awesome! Also, Rachel is a fantastic coach - patient, kind, balanced and structured. Love the way the workouts are planned.
Rachel has advice and tips that helped me break out of my rut and take control of my body again. She tailored her recommendations to my specific situation - age, weight, lifestyle, diet restrictions and personal habits. I feel like I just got issued a new body and I know how to maintain it.
Rachel is AMAZING! I have been working with her for a few years and her help and guidance has been invaluable. She's creative, thoughtful, approachable. She doesn't make you feel like she's above you and doesn't have to work at it. She is one of us "regular people" and she tries hard just like we do!
In addition to regular workouts, I also suffered a serious injury a couple of years ago and Rachel helped to keep me positive (which was no easy task at that time in my life) and modified my exercises so that I had the opportunity get back in shape and feel better about myself throughout the struggle. She offered me advice that I didn't expect at all, and genuinely needed to hear even though I didn't know it. The situation has actually changed my entire perspective on incorporating exercise into my daily life - and the deep happiness I find in my functional body is hard to describe in words. I am certain that I would not be where I am in my physical journey if I hadn't had Rachel in my court.
Rachel's vast knowledge in training (and also nutrition) has helped me to reach my goals AND she kept me interested all of this we have been working together! Her support and guidance is something that I can't imagine my life without at this point.

Within only 6 weeks, I am already seeing results. I can physically see muscle growth, but more important to me is that every day tasks are easier. And that is really my goal; lift weights in a session to be able to lift bags of mulch or pick up your child, etc. Rachel's programs are catered to your individual needs and can be done in your own time. She is quick to respond to questions you have, and the programs are easy to follow. I can't wait to see where I will be in 6 more weeks!
Working with Rachel has made my fitness journey exciting and interesting. When I started with Rachel, my intention was to work with her in person. When COVID changed this, we switched to an online format of training weekly along with online diet and nutrition support. I couldn’t be happier with our system! Working online has made working out convenient, right from my own basement. Rachel has so much knowledge not only about workouts but about nutrition as well. She seems to have a fix for every bump along the way! Workouts remain different and interesting, keeping it fun! I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone interested in finally achieving their fitness goals!
