(May 11, 2017, 8:51 pm)If you want the best workout that is fun, challenging, and always evolving, this is the place for you. I love every class at Perspirology. High-energy, super effective without flipping tires and lifting crazy weights. Amazing toning. Katy and her staff are good people who care. A must in Monmouth County.
(March 26, 2017, 11:33 am)I have tried a few different fitness programs and gyms in the area but have never been so addicted to a workout as I am with Perspirology! I love the dance routines and am continually challenged by the muscular toning routines. Whenever I don't feel good I get in and sweat and always feel better. You have to try a class, even if you don't have a dance background, I promise you will have fun and get a great workout!
(March 24, 2017, 2:13 pm)Perspirology is the best dance party workout I've ever tried! It is hard and hot but I actually enjoy the workouts and have never felt so fit in my life. Katy is amazing -- she gives every single class 100% and has fun doing it. She has trained some of the most famous people and you can tell. Jason gets to know every single person that walks through the door and makes us all feel special. I strongly recommend everyone at least try a class.
(March 24, 2017, 12:08 pm)I worked with the Perspirology Team to get in shape for my wedding last year and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this program! If you're looking for a fun, challenging, and sweaty workout these are the perfect classes to add to your routine. The facility is always clean, and Katy, Jason, and Jenna make you feel right at home from day 1! I saw changes with this program that I've never been able to achieve on my own, and they mix up the routines weekly so you always are giving your body a new challenge! I absolutely LOVE this place!
