It was my first time having my car serviced. The entry to the facility was just great. If it was pouring, I would not have gotten rained on. Jordan, the service person, was just so nice and told me what to expect. I was told about an hour, and it was less than an hour. The service area is neat and clean with plenty to read...or watch TV.
