Came here on recommendation from Jack's Music in Red Bank and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Chris did a fantastic job setting up and repairing my old Les Paul at a very reasonable price. He also took the time to educate me on what kind of strings would work best for my style of play and he was right on.

Chris was awesome...restrung and set my sons guitar, tuned it and adjusted it just for him! He was friendly and knowledgeable! Bring ur guitar here! I would have paid him double for what he did!

I was referred to Be Sharp Guitar and I took my Taylor in to have work done to the neck. Chris was very nice to deal with and in a short time I could tell that he was knowledgeable. He told me that the turn around time was 2 weeks- he called me a week later and said it was done. His workmanship was terrific, the action has never been this good!

I was unable to intonate my newly purchased Brazilian hand made Tagima Jet Blues guitar to my compete satisfaction, & so I brought it to Chris, who sets up my Teles & Strat . Because I had obtained the guitar in March right before everything got locked down, I was unable to get it properly & professionally setup for a good portion of the lockdown, & as a result, I was not bonding with my new, gorgeous guitar. Not only did Chris setup my guitar to perfection, but in the course of making small talk I mentioned how I wish the guitar came with coil tapped pickups - not only did Chris do a stellar job setting up my guitar, he also gave me numerous options on how he could coil tap my pickup, or both pickups, if I wished, at a price that I thought was more than reasonable. He wound up tapping both pickups, with the volume & tone pots being converted to push/pull, giving me tremendous tonal versatility - I went from having 3 tone options to 8 with my new configuration, and I couldn't be happier. I am now loving playing this guitar, Chris did a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost, definitely great bang for the buck. I would wholeheartedly recommend Be Sharp Guitars for any work you might need for your guitar.
