I have been working with Ken at Critical Mass since January of 2021, and I cannot recommend him enough!! I've put on about 16 pounds over the past 6 months strength training with Ken, and I am just blown away by the progress I have made. Ken is an amazing coach and trainer; he has a fantastic coaching style, an incredibly friendly personality, and is truly dedicated to your fitness goals and success. The space itself is fantastic, and I always feel comfortable and welcome when I arrive.
Joining Critical Mass and working with the strength coaches has had a great impact on my life.
I never have been a “gym guy.” Weight benches, pull-ups and push-ups were all foreign to me. I was fearful of using gym equipment and doubted myself on achieving any fitness goal.
This past year that all changed for me. I love the group classes. Mace workouts are so fun and my personal training sessions with Ken have been a game changer. I can deadlift two times my body weight; squat my body weight and I look forward to every workout.
I am stronger, faster, healthier and happier. Thank you Critical Mass for helping me find my strength.

Went for my assessment with Ken who knows his stuff! I signed up for PT and looking forward to hitting it in this really cool gym. Been training for 27 years and I'm a fireman plus I was a former owner of a cardio kickboxing studio so I been around long enough to know a good trainer!
I worked out at Critical Mass for about 6 months before we had to move from NJ for my husbands job and I was so sad to go! I joined initially to get fit for my wedding and became way more stronger, leaner and confident through particiating in group classes. As a former college runner, I was very active but lacked proper lifting techniques. Ken was a great teacher and extremely patient with me to ensure that I wasn’t injuring myself to reach my goals. If you are looking for a great gym to challenge you with amazing coaches who will support you & turn into friends, you have found the right place.
