The most involved and useful realtor I've ever dealt with. I chose to hire Ken as he was a friend in HS and did not disappoint in the slightest. I thought selling and buying houses was a major chore and Ken proved this to be wrong. Turns out prior realtors just didn't have the value that Ken does. I will use him again and will be recommending Ken to everyone else who is buying or selling a home.

Ken Duncan was the third realtor I met with when looking to sell my house. And he was the last. I knew I needed to hire him for the job. He was business like, but friendly, calm, patient, and reliable. He goes above and beyond to help with any problems you have during the sale of your house. An example would be finding a handyman or an electrician. He knew I had no knowledge of the selling process and was very patient in explaining to me the things I didn’t understand. He also more than holds his own in negotiating a fair price for the sale of your home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their homes or buy a new one. You won’t be disappointed!
