Oil change & New Battery. Some of the best customer service i’ve seen in a long time. Store manager & staff went above & beyond to make sure everything was great when I left. Will never go anywhere else.

staff had great communication which leads to efficiency and safety. one of the few places ive experienced where each member shouted out where they were in process. kept things moving. 5 cars in service - maybe i was there 15 minutes or so. will be back. this specific one in Wall.

I showed up an hour before they closed on a Saturday, with at least six or seven cars in front of me. I spoke to the manager and let him know I was just there for an oil change, and he let me know it was probably going to be almost an hour before they could get to my car. I told them the wait was fine and I would understand if by the time they could get to my car there wouldn't be enough time for the employees to perform the oil change. To my utter Delight the Jiffy Lube employees rather than drag their feet on the cars they were already working on decided to work together like a well-oiled machine, pun intended, and get the cars in front of me as well as my car completed and out of the garage with almost a half hour to spare before they closed.

Lou and Jim the advisors got me and my Silver Malibu in quickly, got the job done quickly and correctly the first time, and were professionals the whole time. When I left the shop and started to hear a noise from the wheel well that wasn’t there when I arrived, I came back in and they went right to work diagnosing what was going on. Thankfully it was a simple non-issue. A weight in the wheel rim was grazing on a brake assembly component on each rotation - nothing they did just a defect in the rim. They worked out the scraping surface such that it no longer made contact and my issue was gone!
