“Having to undergo a dental implant procedure need not be a daunting experience, if you choose the right dentist. I speak from firsthand experience, as I recently had my first dental implant done by Dr. Vincent Foring. I think not knowing what to expect is the biggest fear for most people. Dr. Foring is extremely patient and thorough, explaining each step (& there are a few, under normal circumstances spanning the course of three or more months) of the procedure & what to expect before, during & after, so there are no surprises. However, my biggest surprise was that I never felt any discomfort at all from the numbing process. To be honest, once you get past that you don't feel a thing, so to me the worst is over. Two Advil or Tylenol were all I ever needed to take afterwards as discomfort was minimal. I was pleasantly surprised at the final visit when the implant was put in just how natural it felt. There was no "getting used to it" I literally forgot about it by the time I arrived home. Proof of a job well done by an amazing dentist. Not only does Dr. Foring's calm demeanor resonate to his patients, but at every visit I always felt that the entire staff was concerned for my well-being and comfort. The offices are impeccably clean and you can tell that patient satisfaction is of the utmost importance to everyone there. For anyone anticipating a dental implant procedure in their future, believe me it's not as bad as you may think, at least it won't be if you put yourself in the capable hands of Dr. Foring and his staff. “I have been going to doctor hicks for years now. She is a wonderful woman. She tries her best to explain everything to you and she is always doing what is best. Doctor Roberts is another lovely doctor. I have never had any issues with either of them. As far as the front desk complaints, in my experience I have not had any issues. There is a bit of wait time but they always take the most important patients first. Like because I'm not pregnant, I do wait longer because they do take pregnant woman in first but that is what I love about them. It shows they are compassionate and care about the people they take care of. I love woman to woman and I recommend them to everyone.”
