“So to begin on a positive note, I’m extremely grateful to you all for taking care of my mother. For the most part she seems extremely happy there. The thing that continuously gets me frustrated is that I can never reach her. It’s been a month now since I’ve talked to my mom. As you all know I live in Florida so I can’t just go over and see her whenever I want. She has dementia and it’s upsetting to her when she doesn’t hear from me and those types of things keep me up at night. How could you reach me if something happened??? The last time I wrote a review for this exact same reason you guys called me two months later to try to rectify the situation and I was very Gracious about everything. I should not have to worry about calling even the MAIN line to your facility and getting a busy signal because the phones don’t work. I understand that you’ve had phone issues for a long time but God forbid there’s some kind of emergency. At some point something has to give I really don’t understand how this keeps happening over the span of multiple years. This is extremely unprofessional and I’m just really frustrated about the entire situation Update: not sure if I should find it ironic or coincidental that the day following this Post I was actually able to reach her. Seems weird to me but I stand by my statement”

I wish I got her name. Anyway, there was a line forming and the manager quickly got it under control. I was thankful for the very good, very quick service.”
