““Killer” Review after one year. I came to Killer B after training for about 4 years at another school in NYC, then Covid happened and I moved to NJ full time. I knew what I wanted out of a school but sometimes it can be hard to find the right spot that checks all the boxes. I wanted to learn more skills and be able to apply those skills, new and old, more effectively. Also I enjoy being pushed by people who are more knowledgeable and more skilled than myself. Finally the instruction needed to be top-notch. Killer B checks all the boxes! The atmosphere at Killer B is fantastic. Brian is a professional. He has applied what he teaches in his own fighting career and teaches that application to his people. (Ask him to show you his low kick) Brian won't let you continuously do something wrong either. He will stop you. Show you the correct footwork, punch or whatever so you can progress and grow. Brian has the answers and the solutions. It’s just up to you to ask the questions and be teachable. The staff and fighters at Killer B are all extremely helpful and the people that train there are friendly. I’m older and didn't know how I would fit into a place like this but I just slid right into my own groove and got to work. After a year of regular training all of what I knew coming into Killer B has improved. My footwork is better. Head movement better. Punches and Kicks all better. I've learned new skills and most important to me I can actually put all that together and apply it better. There’s also been added benefits that I wasn’t really looking for but got just the same. I’m in killer shape and my cholesterol is down 52 points! That didn’t happen because of meds or any super strict diet. (I already ate fairly healthy) So not only did this make my outside strong it made my inside strong as well. DO THE WORK! Thanks Brian”

“This place has helped me a lot with several life issues I've had. And continues to be a great help for me. After going threw some traumatic times in my life like losing a loved one. Harbor Wellness has been helping me deal with the lost of my mother by offering me grief counseling and substance abuse counseling. The staff here are very professional. Even with the whole pandemic thing they still have managed to give me the help I need by offering me one on one counseling and regular counseling group sessions through the zoom app. These counseling sessions have helped me not only to identify feelings and emotions but how to cope with them as well. I've been attending Harbor Wellness now for about 6mths and today I am grateful to be living a productive clean from all substances type of life. If your ready to change and submit to the recovery process by putting your best foot forward, and taking responsibility. “Despite all the negative reviews I’d argue that this is one of the best Walgreens pharmacies I’ve ever been to, and with my medical history, that’s quite a lot. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, they explained to me everything I needed to know about the prescription and were super nice about it. The people that are coming to this pharmacy tend to be very rude themselves so it hurts seeing all these negative reviews whilst the staff is actually incredibly skilled and caring. The girls in the office are wonderful and the whole experience was great. The office is extremely organized and Dr. Parcells is always on time. Dr. Parcells walked me through what to expect and addressed any concerns that I had. She continued to check in on me after surgery and made sure I was healing well and was always available if I had any questions. “Dr Gary Braun This may sound strange but I was always afraid to go to the dentist and now that I have been to this office three times, I can honestly say that I look forward to my dental visits. Dr. Braun and his staff are always welcoming, friendly and quite professional. There is a very calm atmosphere in this office and what I like very much is that Dr. Braun thoroughly explains what he is going to do every step of the procedure. Dr. Braun is highly skilled, yet not cocky and egotistical as some in his field can be. Yes, dentistry is his business, but he isn’t a ‘sales-y’ dentist who tries to push the patient to perhaps unnecessary or pricey procedures. I bet everyone of his patients can feel his compassionate heart and genuine concern for the individual. I can’t stress this point enough! Dr. Braun and his staff are congenial with each other as well. That speaks volumes to observing patients and leaves a lasting impression. I’ve had lovely exchanges with Andrea, his assistant and Megan, the hygienist. Andrea was super pleasant for sure, and Megan—-wow, what a perfectionist in the dental cleaning arena. My teeth feel amazing! The most recent staff member that I met was Ashleigh and she definitely lights up a room with her bright personality. Finally, I am happy to report that a challenge I’ve had for years at the top of one molar was corrected in 20 minutes. What a huge relief! Bravo, Dr. Braun!!
