I have never had a medical professional stop entering data into the patient portal to look at us and have a straight on conversation to answer every question we had. It meant the world to us that Yessenia took the time to speak with us AT LENGTH in a kind and compassionate way instead of having her back to us as she typed away. It was unprecedented for us. She cared. We had a conversation. It was wonderful. Then we met with the midwife Kathryn, who once again was very attentive and considerate of us and any questions we had. From there we spoke with Keira and Sandy at the front desk who were just as amazing with their 'bed-side manner'. They set us at ease with regards to the finances and how we were going to move forward through our pregnancy. I just can't say enough how mind-blowing it was to interact with medical care professionals that actually took the time to take care of us versus rushing us in and out to get to the next appointment. 5-star visit from beginning to end.
