“I was really amazed at how efficient and coordinated the service department at Irwin Lincoln was during my recent pick up and delivery service. This was the first maintenance for my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. In the past I was able to bring my car for service and wait for it to be ready. I was unable to bring the car for service due to a recent illness and decided to use the pick up service. My Service Manager, Brian, texted or called at each step.
