“I have had many cars and have been to many service depts. I have never felt so good about leaving my car with a service dept like Jaguar 🐆. They are the nicest staff you could ever meet. I needed a sensor put in and instead of me having to pay for it they informed me it was under warranty and they even cleaned my car 🤣. Oh they even went out of their way to drive my wife and I the get breakfast while we waited. They came back to pick us up when it was done. They are better than 5 Stars . Thank you so much .”

“Absolutely blown away by the service I received at pep boys…. Went to the one in hazlet years ago and it sucked. The manager was inexperienced and not a people person. (And usually if the manager sucks so does the service.) But I was desperate to get my car worked on, so I waited. The assistant service manager, Joe was honest, thorough, and straightforward. He was extremely busy and had other customers ahead of me but still managed to take his time explaining the work needed, and surprisingly I was in and out of there. I tried to tip the tech Peter who serviced my vehicle, but he declined. Was surprised someone so young was so efficient and professional. Very nice people. Would definitely go back, these guys changed my mind about pep boys. You can tell the staff really get along and everyone seemed to have a smile on their face. Joe and his team really know what they’re doing and I’m happy I took the chance. Will definitely go back to see them if I need other work done.”

They have a lot of good stuff and every now and then there is a cute dress or outfit there that you can dress up with something a little more expensive. Staff is always nice. Might have some shady clientele but its dollar general so 🤷🏽♀️.”

We loved how it turned out so much that we had Steve and the crew come back to build an addition, a family room, on my home. That also turned out so nice!
