I've been a Kirby patron for over 25 years. My unit stopped picking up dirt ? The motor was running, but there was no pick up. I called Dennis and explained the situation. He graciously said bring it in today and I'll fix it while you wait. An hour later he was able to immediately identify the problem and he diligently set out to fix it. My Kirby repair experience was a great success.
