I had a problem with trans lines and an oil cooler and not only did he order the parts directly from the dealership to the shop, not only did he keep me updated on their ETA, but the job he did was exceptional and I am more than happy to share my experience due to that. I told him afterwards that I’d have people ready to call him to schedule appointments, that they wouldn’t be going anywhere else other than him, and he already has one of my contacts going to him by the end of the month for a service. That’s how you do business. 5/5 stars for me. And it would definitely be a 5/5 stars for you too”

“My grandparents lived down the road from Matt's shop and took their cars to him when they needed work done, so thats how I was introduced. He has always been really fair on price and timing when I needed a tight turnaround. Also has been a great set of eyes when trying to work on my own vehicles and provide insight when I had questions. Sure he's a busy guy with all those cars in the lot, but I definitely recommend him!”

“Absolutely blown away by the service I received at pep boys…. Went to the one in hazlet years ago and it sucked. The manager was inexperienced and not a people person. (And usually if the manager sucks so does the service.) But I was desperate to get my car worked on, so I waited. The assistant service manager, Joe was honest, thorough, and straightforward. He was extremely busy and had other customers ahead of me but still managed to take his time explaining the work needed, and surprisingly I was in and out of there. I tried to tip the tech Peter who serviced my vehicle, but he declined. Was surprised someone so young was so efficient and professional. Very nice people. Would definitely go back, these guys changed my mind about pep boys. You can tell the staff really get along and everyone seemed to have a smile on their face. Joe and his team really know what they’re doing and I’m happy I took the chance. Will definitely go back to see them if I need other work done.”

“Charlie is the absolute best. I called in on Saturday morning because my 2009 Nissan Maxima was leaking coolant. I had originally taken my car to Pep Boys and after running the diagnostic test I was told that I my radiator and hoses needed to be replaced. They quoted me the most expensive quote ever and I knew they were trying to take advantage of me being a woman. I called Meineke the next day and spoke to Charlie. He was able to fit me in the schedule and they did an amazing job with a fair price. Pep Boys tried to rip me off and I am so glad that I made the right choice to bring my vehicle to Meineke. Thank you guys for being honest and great mechanics. I will recommend you to everyone and will continue to use your services.”
