They offer a variety of classes that are challenging, yet fun at the same time! I have also worked with Jamie in some personal training sessions, which were great as well. He is fully engaged in that 45 minutes being “ my time” which I believe to be important in a personal training session. The vibe of the gym has been one of my most favorite parts! The owners and members are all welcoming, friendly, encouraging, and fun! This gym has been amazing for my mind, body and soul! Positive energy all around!!”
