(November 14, 2013, 1:47 pm)I've been taking Maryann's classes for the last 6 months and it has really changed my life! I have more energy, my chronic pain has been cut nearly in half, I've lost over 10lbs in 5 months, and I sleep like a rock after class! Maryann's classes are easy to follow, fun to learn, and you will sweat like you've never sweat in your life! I never feel pressured to be the world's greatest dancer in her class, everyone is free to be at their own level, and Maryann is GREAT at demonstrating different levels for different body strengths. If you haven't tried Zumba yet, TRY MARYANN'S CLASS ASAP! And if you HAVE tried Zumba and you didn't think it was for you, then clearly you didn't go to the right place!!
I look forward to Zumba every week, it's the highlight of my week, and it could be the same for you! :)
(November 4, 2013, 11:40 am)I was hesitant about going to zumba for the first time but I had such a great time in Maryann's class! She was really great at explaining the steps to beginners like me. The class was upbeat and fun the whole time and you can really feel it working all your muscles. The price is great too! I would recommend her class to any zumba enthusiast, whether you are a beginner or an expert!
