“I have been here multiple times with very good experiences. Went there this week for a quick MRI of my knee. The front desk was excellent. The technician performing the task was somewhat unfriendly. He did not communicate well with me and did not explain anything. In particular, I am a larger guy and don't fit on that skinny sliding table very well. He kept moving the table without warning and my body would move, but my arms would kind of stick in place. In addition, he slid earphones on me with blaring commercials and music and never asked if I wanted to listen. The volume and quality of the sound was worse than the loud machine. I am leaving feed back in hopes that they will use it to improve the customer experience.”
