“2021 UPDATE: Again, another great shopping experience! with sales associate Jeff M. Not only is he helpful and knowledgeable, he is easy going and has a great sense of humor. This shopping experience was most enjoyable. Thanks Jeff! I recently went into PC Richard in Hanover to look around for gift ideas. I was sick of going into stores like Best Buy and wasting my time looking for someone to help me. PC Richard is well organized and the staff is very friendly. Jeff, a sales associate I’ve worked with before, greeted me and offered his assistance. I am glad I ran into him since he is quite knowledgable and helpful - without being pushy. The store has a good selection of products and great sales. This was a nice shopping experience - hopefully my last until after Christmas!”
