“Sometimes great businesses have cranky customers. So take any less favorable reviews with a chunk of salt. The better reviews for Country Road proved to be on target. I'm from out of town and needed extra care in evaluating a used 01 (yes 2001!) Honda Insight hybrid for my daughter. Bob and staff took exceptional care to scrutinize the vehicle with the expertise I could not be confident that area Honda dealer service departments would provide.
