Life is busy being a mom of three and owning my own business, but working out has been so easy and beneficial thanks to Tara-Lyn. I have been in-person and virtually (mostly since the pandemic). And thanks to the studio I have been able to stay consistent in my practice through virtual sessions. Every session is tailored towards what works for your body. Every day is different, so what you need during one session might not be what you need the next. The staff here are amazing at personalizing workouts just for you.
