U-Pack

Our experience with upack moving has been very good. We moved to Canada. The staff at all upack Center are so wonderful they are very helpful, cooperative and have good knowledge on the required things. I would recommend upack definitely to anyone moving their goods. Upack is also very transparent w.r.t all the price and charges

Used U-Pack because I thought if they were part of a common carrier, they had to be good. They weren't good, they were the best. Clear and timely communications between their corporate, local dispatch, the drivers and the customer. They drivers were Teamsters, who are in my opinion, the best on the road. The pick up and delivery were flawless. If I could rate them A++, I would. Very satisfied with their performance and the $$$$$ I saved.

I ordered a trailer from U-Pack for my move from NJ to FL. They offered better timing and pricing flexiblity than a standard cube. Had I ordered the 16' cube from a competitor, it would have cost more than the trailer that charged by the foot (10' minimum). The trailer cost me less and arrived in FL faster than other alternatives I considered. The only disadvantage of a trailer is it being elevated and requiring a ramp. I used professional movers to assist me, which obviously adds cost. I highly recommend U-Pack.

We moved from NJ to Texas this January. We used the Relo-Cube. GREAT price, and EXTREMELY EASY to work with!! In fact, one of the easiest and most courteous and helpful companies we have ever worked with! The cubes were dropped off on time by a very personable man who worked with us with suggestions for placement. Every time I called Customer Service for advice or with questions, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! The units were handled with great care during transport, and NOTHING was broken, and there was no sign of having any seepage from rain or snow. What a great team U-Pack and ABF make! Thanks for being friendly, cooperative, and making a "would be" stressful move, so much easier! If the need arises, we will definitely use U PACK again in the future.

What a great experience! We moved 1300 miles and it was the exact combination of help and self-moving that we needed. What I liked best was the flexibility. We chose to use the ReloCubes and we were able to split the cubes to get our larger/heavier stuff out of the way (with moving help) before we tackled all the rest of our household ourselves. The cubes arrived shortly after we arrived at our new address, so we did not have any extended time to wait for our belongings and it all arrived in great condition. Best of all, we were able to drive together and not have to worry about transporting everything for much less than a full service move would have cost!
