In fact, one of the easiest and most courteous and helpful companies we have ever worked with! The cubes were dropped off on time by a very personable man who worked with us with suggestions for placement. Every time I called Customer Service for advice or with questions, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! The units were handled with great care during transport, and NOTHING was broken, and there was no sign of having any seepage from rain or snow. What a great team U-Pack and ABF make! Thanks for being friendly, cooperative, and making a "would be" stressful move, so much easier! If the need arises, we will definitely use U PACK again in the future.”
