I love how clean the studio is. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. I really enjoy the spin and reformer classes. I have especially been happy with the salt cave and the infrared sauna. I suffer from severe seasonal allergies which often end up in sinus infections. This spring I had lingering congestion that I just couldn’t get rid of. One session in the halo-IR sauna cleared me right up. It was amazing how quickly I felt better.

Been sick with a bad case of bronchitis for 13 days. Thank you Claudine for bringing Salt Therapy to the area.
I've had a great 2 days of salt therapy sessions in the salt cave. Relaxing and restorative! Very helpful for healing. Also a great place to meditate, read something spiritually nourishing, or just relax and doze into bliss.
My readings today reminded me to take time to refresh, that Spiritual Forces heal if i get quiet mentally and physically AND that God had surrounded me in a cocoon of Light. Absolutely perfect timing!
