“Unfortunately my mother was in a bad accident Friday and her car was totaled and towed to this location. When I showed up after hours (well after) it was visible that I was upset. The lights were off but the guys were inside. Without hesitation they turned the lights on and explained very calmly what my next steps to see the vehicle would be. I called this morning to ask if (someone besides me) could come clean out the vehicle. He was so friendly and accommodating and knowledgably. Great place, highly recommended!!!!”

“I live 4.5 hours from this area, but I was coming to the area to buy a vehicle. I called the day before to Campbell's to see if they were able to look at the car since I wasn't able to take it to my personal mechanic. I read the great reviews, so I felt I could trust this mechanic. When we arrived with the vehicle, the shop was out of power due to a recent storm with power-line damage. However, the gentleman at the garage (I am assuming the owner) was wonderful! He did as much as he could to look at the car and talked to me directly without the dealer around to tell me his thoughts on the car. He was incredibly trustworthy and very, very nice. I wish I lived closer so I could take my vehicles to him. Such a great guy and a great place!”

However, neither one could get parts and were also too busy to get me scheduled until a month later. So I decided to try Walos. It happened to be the week before Thanksgiving Day. Not only was the estimate lower, they were able to locate the Chevy parts immediately and got my bashed up car done within two days. The work was impeccable and I'm still happy months later. “I recently reached out to MLC to have three cars cleaned and detailed. The first was my collector car (1985 Bitter SC), the second was my Cayenne GTS and the last one was my wife's Audi Q7. Alex was extremely professional and detailed all three of our cars exactly how I expected them to be cleaned. The interior was spotless, the exterior paint was soft and smooth, all glass was crystal clear and the rims and brake calipers were all cleaned to perfection at all angles. He showed up exactly when he said he would and maintained excellent contact with me throughout the process. “I could have sworn I have written a review here before. Oh well, here it goes. I do a lot of my own car work. Every now and then there's a job I don't have tools for, can't figure out, or just don't have a place to do it. Pequannock Automotive is always honest and will back up their work if they make a mistake. (Happened once, fixed ASAP for free) I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to bring my cars there. Pros: Honest, fair priced, good work, convenient. Cons: Often forget to call before completing work to give estimate (Price is always cheaper than expected anyway), and never once called when the car was done, I always need to call and ask. The cons are not deal breakers and can easily be fixed. Pros are what matters!”

“Very well priced oil changes, and they did the job right. Much better than my past experiences at other volkswagen dealerships. I'm usually skeptical on going back to dealerships, since last time at dealership reslly close to my house, they never tightened the drain screw, and I had gone to Long Island and back. Almost all the oil spilled out, luckily I had just enough for my engine to not break down. After that I tend to change my own oil, but just never had the time to do so this time. So thank you for doing the service right and quick. This will definitely be my go to place for my future car services.”
