“Number 1 for a reason. The variety of fish, coral and salt water tank options is unbelievable. Starfish, rays, eels, sharks, seahorses...these guys know what they're doing and their attention to detail is unmatched. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else with your salt water setup. You won't get better customer service either. Check out their rare reef art, at must have for any salt water reef tank enthusiast. I've never seen more beautiful reef tanks. Their fresh water selection is also incredible.”

“giving 4 stars because of how affordable all items are. the amount of people who now have access to affordable, quality items is nothing to ignore. i really love that. one of the things they could improve if their book collection. there was a "boy" section and a "girl" section. books don't have genders. if there is a book about cooking, boys can read it. if there is a book in space exploration, girls can read it. if anything, children should be reading diverse books to expand their understanding of the world. also, the religious section only had christian books. maybe those are the only types of books that are donated. but thought it was weird that there was not ONE jewish or muslim book. same concept as above, the more diverse the books kids are reading the better. i was pleasantly surprised at the amount of books for sign language. small kids communicate earlier using sign language than verbal communication so it's great to see that parents can get those books at an affordable price and teach their kids how to communicate. just wish they were more mindful of the gender and religious book collections when accepting donations and organizing them in store”

“PROS: This place is under new ownership and the workers here are all friendly. Decent size shop and is good for finding the right cards for you whether that'd be sports or anime. The Prices are in the ball park for where it should be. CONS: The parking lot is very tiny and their website is underdeveloped by not showing even half their inventory. They lack autographs compared to other memorabilia stores, and when they did the autograph signings they failed to mention the separation of prepaid vs advance pay in their ads and website. They also informed me over the phone that the signing would come with the PSA complimentary wise and it didn't. The shuttle bus also ran late in picking people up at a different lot. OVERALL: This is a very nice shop to come and see, and I would love to come back for another signing, but just remember. Get their early, buy in advance, and only go for the cards”

“I can not rave enough about the staff at Staples in Randolph. I was trying to print something for an event I am organizing and there were a bunch of troubles I was having with the coloring not matching the print and a bunch of little things that weren’t working out the way I liked (none of which was their fault) and they were INCREDIBLY helpful for TWO. HOURS. They spent so much time assisting me and not making me feel bad for needing so much assistance. Then, someone (who appeared to be a manager) offered peanunt m&ms to an employee and she said “eh, I don’t really like peanuts” and I jokingly responded “well, I do!” and she came back and gave me some peanut m&ms 🥺 Then some other guy working at a register came over and gave me a 20% off coupon, and overall, one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a retail environment. I honestly can’t remember the last time that I wrote a review, but this one was well earned. I will definitely be returning.”

“This is my third storage facility in a year! I was very impressed from the first moment I walked into this facility exhausted and unwilling to compromise on my high standard for what a storage facility should be providing for me. I was greeted by Preston who literally guided me to their seating area and sat down and fully listened to my journey that found me at their facility that afternoon. He complete heard me and found nothing wrong with what I was looking for in a facility and their management. He worked with me to find the perfect unit based on previous situations that had caused damage to my belongs. They very much actively walk the floors of the storage facility and check in everything. Christine literally called me as I was in the process of moving in and my storage unit was unlocked and called to tell so. I find that level of care outstanding! It is deeply appreciated as I travel a lot and trust that my belonging will be safe. Their Regional Manager is quite prompt in returning phone calls to address issues and actually resolve them. This facility hears me, meets my needs as if they were their own. They truly care about the residents of their facility! They are truly the best storage facility in the area after being with two other big corpse owned ones. A privately owned and managed facility is definitely the way to go with storage facilities for me! Much love and gratitude to the staff and management of this beautiful Randolph facility!”
