Great people and company to deal with, Mike has taken care of my business for over 15 years. I recently had a problem with optimum dropping my Internet connection Mike was able to determine the problem was a bad F connector Terminator wall plate that had a cracked insulator. Of course when I first called Mike he suggested I call optimum which I did to no avail 4 visits later I called Michael over. Long story short our house needed some wiring replaced RG59 versus RG6 and Mike was able to take care of everything from beginning to end. I'm now able to speak on the phone without dropping calls and use my Internet without dropped packets. It's a shame I can't get optimum to provide reliable service I need to get my own expert to fix their cable network. Thank you Vision Computers for rectifying this problem... Mike you're a lifesaver.

Is hard to find someone to trust, specially with a computer full of personal information; Mike is very knowledgeable and he is willing to help you getting the best equipment or parts for your computer.
