FYI…Suburban was not the original contractor. I had no idea what to do. I made a call to them and that very same day the amazing George came out for consultation. “After dealing with the one in Morristown for so long I’m really surprised to see such unhappy reviews.first off it was the day before Christmas and I was that guy waiting for the place to open..it was cold so they opened a bit early. First I was greeted by Kathy . She was very attentive and had the patience to go over how insurance works. Then I dealt with the two young men who perform the initial exam. Very polite and professional. Then came the exam with the Dr. who was just so nice.. normally doctors want to get you out as quick as possible. Not him and subsequently we had a great conversation! “Great people and company to deal with, Mike has taken care of my business for over 15 years. I recently had a problem with optimum dropping my Internet connection Mike was able to determine the problem was a bad F connector Terminator wall plate that had a cracked insulator. Of course when I first called Mike he suggested I call optimum which I did to no avail 4 visits later I called Michael over. Long story short our house needed some wiring replaced RG59 versus RG6 and Mike was able to take care of everything from beginning to end. I'm now able to speak on the phone without dropping calls and use my Internet without dropped packets. It's a shame I can't get optimum to provide reliable service I need to get my own expert to fix their cable network. Thank you Vision Computers for rectifying this problem... Mike you're a lifesaver.”

“I had a new indoor grinder pump installed. I spoke with the office supervisor and gave her all the request information. The technician (John) arrived within 45 minutes and with the new unit. He removed the old unit and installed the new unit without difficulty. He tested the new unit and explained everything (warranty, control panel) to me. He left the work area spotless. Total time was approximately two (2) hours, which included making a trip over to the Mt. Top Sewer Authority to retrieve the plug off of my old pump to wire up the new control panel. In summary, I would highly recommend and use this company for future service.😀”
