“After dealing with the one in Morristown for so long I’m really surprised to see such unhappy reviews.first off it was the day before Christmas and I was that guy waiting for the place to open..it was cold so they opened a bit early. First I was greeted by Kathy . She was very attentive and had the patience to go over how insurance works. Then I dealt with the two young men who perform the initial exam. Very polite and professional. Then came the exam with the Dr. who was just so nice.. normally doctors want to get you out as quick as possible. Not him and subsequently we had a great conversation! “Amazing office. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The imaging and the assessment is thorough and the equipment is brand new and state of the art. I was a little nervous at first, but they answered all my questions and created a protocol within my budget. Both my husband and I have been there three times so far and have already seen a reduction in our pain (his in the neck, mine in the low back). We both work a lot on the computer so it's great to understand how we can prevent ourselves from getting any worse and actually reverse the damage already done. If you haven't gone to a chiropractor yet, do it... especially with this team. Dr, Kevin is extremely passionate and fun and Danielle and everyone at the front desk super accommodating. “I cannot thank Dr. Burke at the Rockaway, NJ Banfield pet hospital enough for everything she did for us. We lost our beloved Herve this week after a battle with lymphoma. Unfortunately it wasn’t until nearly the end of Herve’s battle that I found Dr. Burke. A dear friend of mine recommended Dr. Burke after hearing that I was desperately trying to reach Herve’s vet at another Banfield location. Following this recommendation, I immediately called the Rockaway, NJ location. I was absolutely astonished that my call was answered right away. I told the staff member there that Herve was in increasing distress from his lymphoma symptoms and they immediately connected with Dr. Burke, even though Herve had not been to the Rockaway location before. Dr. Burke reviewed Herve’s Banfield file and within ONE HOUR I was able to pick up a medication which provided prompt relief and comfort to him. I am forever grateful to Dr. Burke and her outstanding, compassionate staff. I highly recommended this Banfield hospital even if it is a longer drive for you, it is very much worth the trip. From my heart, they truly are the very best. Thank you all for your loving care of Herve. ❤️”
