“Truth...Staff is awesome! Now the experience...First time we let the unknown and fear make us hesitant but it's 3 minutes...it's not as cold as you think because it's dry and your head, feet and hands are covered " which usually is what gets the coldest on our body". You get through the session and feel good. Now...2nd time, you're more comfortable because you did it once, you leave feeling amazing. I've suffered from inflammation problems. Arthritis, etc.. I'm now addicted...No pain...no inflammation...my body and skin look so much better. My energy is up...I'm so excited I found something that works for me. I Literally feel like a new beginning and Second chance to living my life. It's so worth it. I highly highly recommend going to Below body bar...you won't know what you're missing till you try. The facial made huge improvements...I go in the sauna first, then freeze...The combination for me is amazing. “Very clean gym, staff is very kind. This gym mainly has machines, not so much free weights. They have a lot of treadmills, stair climbers, and elliptical machines for cardio. The Rest Rooms are very clean, which is something you can’t say about a lot of gyms. The price point is what gets me, it’s SUPER affordable. The hours for the gym are also a thumbs up from me.”

“this place is pretty cool. The coaches seem very knowledgeable and the training is pretty intense. Nice to find a gym geared more towards moving and feeling healthy, along with looking the part as well. The gym is pretty big with a huge strip of turf used for lots of sled pushing and the rest of the equipment is mostly barbells and dumbbells, but they also use some chains and bands and random strongman equipment. Def a place worth checking out if your an athlete or serious about fitness.”
