Instead, I'd like to focus on Alex's proficiency as an owner/head instructor. First, Alex is present for all of the classes right now, demonstrating he has a personal interest in the development of each of his students. Furthermore, he takes time after each promotion (including stripes) to sit down with his students and tell them exactly what he expects to see out of them before their next promotion occurs. He also takes the time to help you develop your own "game" by teaching you techniques that fit within your tendencies. It is this direct involvement and attention to detail that makes you feel like part of the team, as opposed to a dollar sign for a bank account. The bottom line is that this is a great place to either start or continue on your journey through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I highly recommend checking Gael Force out if you are interested in learning BJJ.”

“My favorite CrossFit group! The workouts are the right mix of strength and cardio - the crew is a friendly and supportive group of people - the trainers are terrific! Whenever my husband and I would visit my famiy in NJ, he would drop in to classes. Finally I joined him this last visit and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this CrossFit location!!!”
