“I started going to Pure Ink in December. After viewing the portfolios of each artist, I chose Joanna to be my artist as our styles aligned the most. I was very nervous, as this was my first tattoo and I didn't know what to expect. Joanna quickly made me feel at ease, as she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was also nervous about the pain, but she made the process so easy and comfortable through pleasant conversation. She listened to the ideas I brought and truly created a work of art. She has done my first two tattooos (please see the photos below) and I love both of them. I have received many complements on my tattoos and I am proud to display them. Shannon at the front desk was also very personable and informative on the whole process. Along with the other artists, Shannon and Joanna make the shop a very inviting and fun place to be. Advanced Water Softening installed our water softener and whole house filtration system in 2018, so we have been working with Advanced for about 4.5 years. Advanced has provided excellent service on both of these products this entire time. I can count on a text message when it's time for salt, and when I call the office to schedule, the people I've spoken to have always been very pleasant and helpful. The gentlemen who have delivered the salt have always been polite and courteous. The filtration system requires almost no maintenance, but I know that when it's time, Advanced will let me know. There are a lot of systems to think about in a house, but Advanced has made our water one of the systems that we don't have to think about.”

It was a very big job as we had a tree fall on our house during hurricane Ida and we had water damage as well. It was a very big job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I cannot say enough nice things about the team. They left the house in great condition just like it was before the storm. They did little things when I didn’t have to ask and always left the house clean in spite of all the work. As I said originally, I would recommend them very highly.”
