They hooked me up with the part i needed, at an AMAZING price and was ready to go in the 15min it took for me to get there, on a weekend AND had to be pulled off the vehicle it was in. It wasn't until i got back and looked at their website i saw they ask for some time between the request and the pick up because some parts might still be on vehicles. “The sales people are nice. Ryan, my sales guy, worked really hard to get the vehicle with the specifications I wanted. He didn't try to oversale me stuff that I really didn't want or need. Francine, the finance lady, was nice enough. The sales manager knocked an additional $500 buck off my down payment to address my concerns. So why did I leave 4 stars? Well, it's off-putting to ask me to give 5 stars on a survey. You should work for for that. Secondly, their prices are a little too high. I looked a used 2018 A4 Premium plus (at their brother site) and they were at least 2K -3K over the market value. The same thing can be said for their new cars. I went the lease route this time so the financial calculus is a little different. All in all, I had a good experience.”
