“My cat belle was very sick around my university graduation and I brought her into Animal Care Centers in Landing, NJ. I was so worried around that time about her. She was so weak and wasn’t eating. The doctors and staff were so friendly, caring and understanding and the hospital was so clean and welcoming. Belle prefers to be around women but Dr. Victor Villari was amazing and did a phenomenal job. Now belle is more comfortable with men and is more open to visitors at home. Dr. Villari gave her Anti Viral Medications and Antibiotics and slowly but surely she started eating again and most importantly started to become more and more like herself again. I’m so thankful for bringing her in here because it saved her life. Dr. Victor Villari and the whole staff in Animal Care Centers saved her life and for that - I am forever grateful!! :) ^______^ Thank you for everything - I really mean that and I really appreciate it. belle means the world to me and I hope she lives a very long, full and happy life with us. His general knowledge / expertise and most importantly insight and understanding to my German Shorthaired Pointer has always been spot on. “My guinea pig unfortunately had a medical emergency and so my boyfriend and I called this vet center in a panic and the staff member who spoke to us showed her genuine care for our situation and strongly advised us to visit the vet center to see if Dr. Wolf could help in some way. When arriving at the vet center, my guinea pig seemed like he unfortunately already passed away but Dr. Wolf still stopped what he was doing to do an urgent examination on him to see if there was anything he could do to help. After it was made known that my guinea pig’s time had come, Dr. Wolf and the staff there respectfully wrapped him, gave their condolences, and asked us if we had any questions that they could answer for us. In addition to all of this, they did not charge us for the examination regardless of the circumstance. The staff members here are very kind and considerate despite some of the reviews. Thank you very much.”

“We just moved to Butler and were suddenly in need of a vet. Butler Vet was able to accommodate a last-minute Saturday appointment and we could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the business. It was very clean, bright, and welcoming (opposite of our experience at our previous vet), and every member of the staff was professional and friendly. They were not pushy with any of the services needed (again, as our previous vet) and were entirely focused on the health of our dog. They provided thorough write ups of each visit so we were able to digest all of the information from the vet. Sadly and unexpectedly, we had to put our dog down. They handled the entire process beautifully, making a difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be (again, unlike our previous vet), and today, we received a hand-written condolence card in the mail. Every member of their staff wrote a little note about our dog, even though he was new to their office. It made us cry! It was so thoughtful. When it comes time for our next puppy, we will 100% be returning to Butler Vet. Thank you for being such a wonderful business ❤️ 🐾”

“I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Eclipse. I started with them early June when my 12 year old dog (she’s a very small dog) began to lose her ability to walk. Most likely causes were 1. A degenerative spinal disease which would leave her paralyzed (potentially quickly at the rate things were moving) 2. A tumor on her spine which is as bad as it sounds and would probably result in putting her to sleep or 3. A herniated disk, which would require a serious surgery, especially on an older dog. Test results showed that her spine was a mess but they were able to isolate the most likely spot and performs the surgery. She just had her 2 week checkup and she’s doing amazingly well. A few days after surgery she was up and walking with only a slight wobble which will continue to improve. Eclipse was amazing. They were wonderful handling her (she’s little but energetic - the techs would carry her around in a Joey sack around their shoulders.), she’s hairless and the scar is barely perceptible. They were in constant contact with me every step of the way. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I don’t think you will find better in the state.”

“I cannot thank Dr. Burke at the Rockaway, NJ Banfield pet hospital enough for everything she did for us. We lost our beloved Herve this week after a battle with lymphoma. Unfortunately it wasn’t until nearly the end of Herve’s battle that I found Dr. Burke. A dear friend of mine recommended Dr. Burke after hearing that I was desperately trying to reach Herve’s vet at another Banfield location. Following this recommendation, I immediately called the Rockaway, NJ location. I was absolutely astonished that my call was answered right away. I told the staff member there that Herve was in increasing distress from his lymphoma symptoms and they immediately connected with Dr. Burke, even though Herve had not been to the Rockaway location before. Dr. Burke reviewed Herve’s Banfield file and within ONE HOUR I was able to pick up a medication which provided prompt relief and comfort to him. I am forever grateful to Dr. Burke and her outstanding, compassionate staff. I highly recommended this Banfield hospital even if it is a longer drive for you, it is very much worth the trip.
