“We recently sold our home and downsized our NJ residence to an apartment at the AVE Florham Park. We absolutely love it here!! The apartments are spacious, bright and beautiful, and the amenities are just fabulous!!! It feels like we are living in a luxury hotel. The gym, theatre, lounge areas and conference spaces provide ample options for relaxation, exercise, remote work and entertaining. The outdoor spaces are just as gorgeous and useful to our family (pool, barbecues, sitting areas with tvs, fire pits, dog park, etc.) They have literally thought of everything!! Even my dog loves it here!!! Megan guided us through the entire leasing process, and was just wonderful to work with!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and always extremely responsive. We loved working with her!!! The whole process was overseen by Thomas, who was great to work with as well. He was extremely professional and so very helpful to us!! The entire staff at the AVE (at every level) has been amazing!!! I would give the AVE 100 stars if I could - it is THE BEST!!!!”
