Not that the other Mavis location was bad, but most of the time when I scheduled an appointment they would be behind schedule because of the location size and/ or a short-handed staff situation. This Mavis has larger service area which made for a more quick and pleasant trip for my oil change. The customer service was friendly and accommodating and there was no high pressure sales tactics. They did recommend that I replace my windshield wipers, but I decided to do that myself without any argument. I highly recommend this Mavis (Dover) location and look forward to future visits!!!”
