(October 27, 2018, 10:23 am)When a pipe burst and our basement flooded they showed up at a late hour and stayed until the situation was under control. They also helped walk us through the necessary steps to restore our basement and work with our insurance company. They were prompt, courteous, and honest in all of their work.
(August 15, 2018, 5:08 pm)Outstanding service. Professional, honest. Dave performed the diagnosis and provided me with estimates for the repair of frozen pipes. Brian D. did the repair. Both were knowledgeable and explained all that was being done every step of the way. The price of repair was reasonable and less than other quotes I had received. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin. I will surely use them again for future jobs.
