“Great location. They were having an issue with their system being down during the California fires and had to ring me up the old school way, with a hand-written receipt and all. When the system came back up, I was incorrectly charged twice for my order. The manager, Joe, was a stand-up guy who helped me out in getting the issue resolved, and even made it worth my time to come back down to the store for a refund. While it could have gone either way, Joe made me feel like a valued customer and I'll be sure to return to this location in the future for all of my Harbor Freight purchases.”
