“My mom and I stopped by today so that we can bring something to my dad who is getting our trailer ready for the upcoming camping season. He forgot to tell us to bring a few tools with us. As a last resort we stopped in the office and Ashley went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. She even went into her car to get her own stuff for us to borrow. It was so helpful and sweet. This has not been the first time she has gone out of her way to help people and you can just tell by all the great reviews. Public storage is very lucky to have someone who cares so much about their customers. Thank you! I came in to make my dad's payment and inform her that my dad's trailer would be out for a few days. Basset is more money than other furniture places, but you can pick the colors, fabrics and even what type of cushions! We looked at Raymor and Flannigan and didn't find anything we liked so we went next door to Bassett. The sticker prices were like WHOA! but when you see that you can pretty much MAKE your coach it's worth it. Plus the cushions are really nice and you don't feel like getting up!”
