“Previous to Goodebody I was a cardio person and went to a regular gym, pump out a weight workout in 45 minutes, needless to say I did not like working out with weights so the faster I moved the faster it would be over, I couldn't lose any of the weight and through a friend I started Goodebody October 20, 2022 with about 12 pounds to lose, I was told that I'm not losing weight because I am not burning enough. I was not convinced but I kept coming hoping that time would show me a different outcome... By March 2023 I was down my 12 pounds and had developed a new eating habit which included Intermittent Fasting... Shocked at the results and understanding of how to actually workout with weights I decided to keep going, by the time the end of August 2023 rolled around I was down a total of 23 pounds. I have passed my one year and still keeping steady at maintaining my current weight... I never thought this was possible and a dislike for weights has now made me love to workout with these amazing trainers in a private group where I have met some inspiring people.”

As soon as we walked in we were immediately pulled and taken to our room by the manager where he told every worker they get what they want while here and ensured we were happy the whole time. At the welcome back dinner he had us right up front and joined us for dinner that night. I text Donna while there saying we are booking again before we leave and she ensured she was available to assist us so that we got the best possible rates.
