“We were going thrifting and we went in there just to look around and ended up leaving with a really nice little table and shelve set. They held the furniture for us over the days it was closed because we didn’t have a truck and we went back and picked it up with no problems. The furniture looks brand new. The staff was so helpful, the two men who helped us and the manager was really sweet. She worked with us and we really appreciated it. We will definitely go back and will donate in the future.”

“I've been training at Trident for almost 6 years and it is BY FAR the very best place to get personalized fitness and nutrition coaching. I've always been in pretty good shape but Trident has taken my health and fitness to a MUCH HIGHER level. I trained here during 2 pregnancies and am in better shape now than I was before I had my first child. Plus, I love the atmosphere--it's a great group of instructors that are truly invested in what they do and the other members are great for support and camaraderie. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. And the delicious shakes that are available for purchase after class! Perfect way to end a training session!”
